NRU's - Golden Ticket Giveaway

It's competition time and we have some amazing prizes up for grabs! There's not 1 but a whopping 22 prizes up for grabs including Ted E Bears, packs of Tykables nappies and a whole mix of accessories!

To be in with a chance of winning all you need to do is place an order from our online store, by phone or in our NRU Showroom from 00:01 01/11/2021 to 15:00 30/11/2021. Every order comes with our usual 'Thank You' bag containing treats like sweets and stickers. However, if you find 1 of our 20 shiny golden tickets you've won a prize!

Found a Golden Ticket?

Congratulations, you're a winner! Be sure to email us by 23:59 14/12/2021 to claim your prize! Don't forget to include your order number and golden ticket number in your email. If you'd like to claim in person, you're welcome to do so by visiting the NRU Showroom.

Compeition Rules

• There are a total of 22 prizes available with some including more than 1 item. Prize details are available in the table below.
• 20 prizes are available by placing an order and finding a golden ticket in the free 'Thank You' pack included with your order.
• For an order to be deemed valid you must make your purchase online via our website (www.nru.co.uk), over the phone or in person at the NRU Showroom. Orders placed via other platforms such as eBay, Amazon and Facebook are excluded.
• During the competition our 'Thank You' bags will be opaque (a solid colour). A total of 1,000 bags have been pre-packed with 5 golden tickets allocated randomly per 250 bags. Depending on order volume bags may be distributed before the competition closing date.
• The minimum order value to receive the 'Thank You' product is £0.01.
• Each bag contains a maximum of 1 golden ticket.
• You can win more than once by placing multiple orders.
• By default, our 'Thank You' bags aren't included with orders placed over the phone or at the NRU Showroom. Whilst we will endeavour to automatically include a bag with orders placed in these ways during the competition, we encourage you to request a 'Thank You' bag whilst making your purchase.
• Please get in touch if you placed your order online and haven't received a 'Thank You' bag.
• If you remove the 'Thank You' product from your online basket during checkout your purchase will be excluded from the competition.
• The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+. Prizes can only be shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom. Prizes can be collected from the NRU Showroom.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for a monetary value.
• To claim, you will need to send us an email to info@nru.co.uk stating your order number and golden ticket number. Sending a photo of your winning ticket isn't required but we'd love to see them. If you'd prefer to claim in person you can do so by visiting the NRU Showroom.
• Golden tickets do not need to be sent back to NRU. Winners are welcome to keep their tickets but understand they hold no monetary value.
• The competition runs from 00:01 01/11/2021 to 15:00 30/11/2021 but may end sooner if all prizes are claimed.
• All prizes must be claimed by 23:59 14/12/2021. Claims received after this time will not be honoured.
• The prize table will be updated daily to reflect the remaining prizes. For privacy, winner details will not be published.
• The competition can be withdrawn at any time without notification.

No Purchase Necessary Twitter Entry

• 2 no purchase necessary prizes are available on Twitter to users who follow our account, like the competition tweet and retweet the competition tweet.
• Winners will be chosen at random using an online selection app.
• The competition runs from 00:01 01/11/2021 to 15:00 30/11/2021. The winners will be announced on our Twitter page within 48 hours of the competition closing.
• The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+. Prizes can only be shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom. Prizes can be collected from the NRU Showroom.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for a monetary value.
• Once the winners have been announced all prizes must be claimed by 23:59 14/12/2021. Claims received after this time will not be honoured and a new winner/s will be chosen.
• For privacy, only the Twitter username of winners will be shared via our Twitter profile.
• The competition can be withdrawn at any time without notification.
